We offer free pick up at our office location (1140 Sheppard Ave. West Unit #9, North York, Ontario, Canada) or we will ship the order directly to you.
What is the turnaround time?
Please allow two to three business days to process your order, plus shipping time.
Am I able to return, exchange, or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns/exchanges or cancellations on any orders.

Check out Get Gitch. We’re happy to work on a custom design for the hat of your dreams. Minimum order is 50 pieces.
What is the turnaround time for a custom order?
All custom hat orders have a minimum of 50 pieces with a 6-8 week turnaround time.
Do the hats come in various sizes?
No, all hats are one size fits all.
Do you offer number personalization?
No, number personalization is not available.
